We spent today’s morning in a quiet office building, brushing up on our Photoshop skills. It’s amazing how many people are willing to wake up early for it! There was fresh snacks and fruit, the room was well lit eventhough it was SUPER gray outside, and everyone was in a cheerful mood. We covered quite a bit of material, like:
- we set up everyone with their very own blog (for a lot of our attendees, it was their first one!)
- we taught them how to create/design posters and banners for the blog
- we demonstrated basic techniques used to enhance images in Photoshop
And, because pictures say a thousand words, I’ll stick to those.

Once again, I’d like to thank everyone that participated – it was awesome to see everyone and hear why they were interested in blogging+photoshop.
A big thanks to everyone who remembered the date, and sent me awesome messages of encouragement that made me happy.. I also want to thank my partner Megan for doing such a great job at helping everyone set up their blogs – she even taught them how to add snowfall to it! Haha.. Nobody loves Christmas like Megan, let me tell you..
For anyone that is interested in participating in our future workshops, please sign up to get notified of our next event.

Really love this article.
As your business grows up more and more, I hope to take part in that sort of workshop online eventually.
Thank you Jaemin – we are actually planning to visit our friends in Seoul next summer, so hopefully we’ll get a chance to get together there!
I love this too. I really admire your skills, your creativity, and your willingness to help others express themselves via the online world. I’m 100% sure that each person who attended this workshop walked away wanting more – not because you didn’t teach enough, because they couldn’t get enough.
Kudos to you, and a BIG congrats on your first successful workshop. Here’s to your next one! xo!
It looks like it was lots of fun. Great job!
That looks like a great, fun workshop Slava. Super productive knowing you .
Aaaaaaand onto the next one, right? Congratulations!
Thanks, guys – it means a lot.
Ruby, I can’t wait to plan a Toronto workshop, I know you have so much to add to whatever I already have on the “lesson plan”!
Erika, thanks for remembering to text me from Mexico – you are so thoughtful, always! <3 xx
Yay, can’t wait for the next one.
Thank you so much again for putting on this workshop! I walked away with more knowledge in 4 hours than I could have ever dreamed of! You ladies were knowledgeable, professional and very easy to learn from. I look forward to many more!! Thank you again.
Hey Slav,
It was a lot of fun! I learnt a lot of nice quick commands and little things I didn’t know. I also got to help those around me. Let me know if you want an T.A./helper. I know how frustrating it can be sitting in a class when you can’t keep up!
