I often miss our scooter – it served us well for a year, while we were in Australia. It was perfect for the climate, you could park it anywhere, and it used about 5 dollars worth of gas a week. During that time, we went on numerous “scooter roadtrips”. I miss the sound of its little engine, and the wind in my hair when we would ride it.. Here are some “old” photos from one of our trips – slow ride, take it easy..

On this particular trip, we went from Surfers Paradise to Brisbane, through Mt Tambourine. Mt Tambourine is a national park, and as the name suggests, a mountain. These photos were taken when we reached its “highest point” – good timing, because we also had to let our scooter cool down

Awesome. I wish Toronto weather was conducive to having a scooter year-round! $5/wk would be much appreciated
Ya, I also wish that Vancouver had less rain.. or I should look into getting one of these: http://images.gizmag.com/hero/10195_15100853714.jpg
